Jeff Weaver

President & Funeral Director

Jeffrey C. Weaver obtained his Funeral Director’s license in 1973, and spent the next eight years working in funeral services in Oshawa, Ont. In 1981, Jeffrey returned home to join his father E.W. (Al) Weaver in the family business. Jeff continues to uphold the Weaver tradition in both funeral services and within the local community. He is the past President of the Bay of Quinte Funeral Association and the Heart & Stroke Foundation, as well as a board member of the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Rotary Club and Business Links of Campbellford, and the Business Network International of Trenton. He is also a founding member of the Campbellford chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Jeff and his wife Susan purchased the Campbellford Chapel from Al and Marion Weaver in 1987. Jeff’s wife Susan plays an integral role at Weaver Family Funeral Home, primarily at the Campbellford Chapel, and as needed in Trenton. Jeff and Susan have three children, Tim, Tom and Elizabeth, who all grew up as valued and committed helpers in the family business.

Tim Weaver

C.O.O. & Funeral Director

Tim Weaver is the third generation of the Weaver family to provide the community with funeral services. Tim has been a licensed Funeral Director since 1999, and plays an important role in managing the day-to-day operations of all the locations.  He is currently the Chief Operations Officer for the entire company.  Tim has been an active volunteer with Quinte Conservation (Past Chair of Dinner Committee), and he is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Trenton, serving as President in 2015/2016.  He also served as Vice President of the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce, and is Past President of Bay of Quinte Funeral Service Association.  Tim and his wife Krista live in Trenton; they are very proud of being active and valued members of the community. It is Tim’s goal to continue the Weaver tradition of providing families in Trenton, Campbellford, and Warkworth with the dedication and service excellence that the Weaver Family Funeral Home is known for.

Melanie MacDonald

Team Lead & Funeral Director

Shauna Mikel

Funeral Director

Shauna joined the Weaver Team in 2014. She received her Funeral Director's license in 2002, and spent three years training and working in the Toronto area before returning to Frankford where her husband grew up. Shauna is kept very busy outside of her work with her two children - one in dance, and one in hockey - but still finds time to run when she can: she hopes to complete a marathon someday. Everyone at Weaver knows she practically runs a marathon every day for each family she serves, organizing every detail, from big to small, with quiet compassion and a big smile.
